We work for residential and commercial customers providing all of the services above include pressure washing as well as soft washing. We cover all of Cambridgeshire, Peterborough and parts of Hertfordshire.

Our Render Cleaning Process
Cleaning render can be a very delicate process. We do not advise anyone to try and clean it with a pressure washer or any type of pressure what so ever, even on a low setting.
It will be very likely to cause scarring on the render. K-rend/Render makes a great place for algae to grow. Its roots deep inside the render and can spread very fast. It causes some very streaky black, green and red lines and patches of algae across the whole of your home/walls.
The best and safest way to clean render is with a soft wash solution.
This is a solution applied to the render on the entire house. Not just where the patches are worse And left to soak in. This eats away at the algae causing it to disappear and bringing back the original colour of the render. You will be surprised how much the render will fade in colour and you have not noticed.
Usually, on most houses, a few applications of Softwash and agitating with a brush is enough the remove most of the algae stains. If there is mud splashed around the bottom of the render caused by splash back from the rain, they may not disappear straight away unless a different cleaning product is applied and its cleaned with steam.
If the algae have not disappeared after the first few applications or there is still some shadowing, a biocide will be applied. This works over the space of multiple weeks and continues to clean months after it has been applied. So over time, the shadowing will slowly fade away. on occasions, we sometimes give two treatments of biocide just to make sure.
We also offer an after-care treatment so when its back to looking amazing you can keep it looking it’s very best for as long as possible.
We do offer just a biocidal treatment that is applied to your dirty render then come back in about 4 weeks and apply again.
This process gives you the same end results but takes a little longer, but it is slightly cheaper than being Softwashed due to using fewer chemicals and taking less time for the operator to undertake the work.
All the render cleaning we do on domestic homes are cleaned from the ground using telescopic equipment making sure our workers are kept as safe as possible.
